1980 Mattel Winking Western Barbie Doll 1757 In Original Opened Box

Vintage 1980 Winking Western Barbie Doll 1757.  The box has been opened but it doesn't look like the doll has been removed from the box.  The accessories are still in the original packages.  The top of the box has a tear in the flap right at the insertion point into the package.  Her clothes still looks nice and white.
