    Hardt Inferno 3000 double stack gas rotisserie oven.  Manufactured in 2007. Overall dimensions 57" wide, 42" deep and 85" tall on wheels.  Capacity each oven 32-40 chickens, depending on size.  Each oven includes 8 skewers.  Both units were working when removed from service.
    Each oven requires natural gas 103,000 BTU/Hr and electric 120 volts.
