The cooking temperature range is 250 to 425 degrees Fahrenheit; the holding temperature range is 140 to 210 degrees Fahrenheit.
    The Alto-Shaam AR7E rotisserie oven features interior drip strips to channel drippings into a removable pan for easy cleaning.  rotating disks and drip strips are also removable.
