    Description

    Listed is a Denon DR-M07 Cassette Deck for parts or repair.  It worked for a little while, then the cassette got stuck and it didn't play any more and just started clicking.   Unit does power on, but is for parts or repair if you have the technical expertise in the area.
    More info on the issue encountered:
    I was able to gently remove the tape by retracting the head mechanism, but I'm sure it will get stuck again if played, and the head mechanism will remain in play mode (up)   Also, the eject mechanism must be pulled out manually once depressed.  The door works fine, without a tape, and the unit powers up fine.  I opened up the unit, and 2 small plastic pieces fell out, one of which looks like the piece of the internal plastic housing that pushes the eject switch back out. (see pics) Trying to play a tape will result in the tape getting stuck again, and it will start clicking and then stop.  The only thing I will guarantee is that the unit will power up.  "AS IS" FPOR.   Cosmetically, there are scratches on the cover, and some wearing away of the bronze finish on the faceplate, otherwise not too bad.
