Up for Buy-It-Now is a new old replacement stock gear shift lever bushing and adapter assembly, Fullwell part number 918.  This item was obtained from an old service garage and is not a newly remanufactured part.  According to the package, this is used on the following models and years:
1939-1942 DeSoto, Chrysler & Dodge
1942 Plymouth
I opened the package for the first time to inspect and take pictures.  Included in the kit are the 9 parts shown in the pictured. All are in brand new, never used condition and are free of any damage.  There is some very minor surface rust on the metal parts from many years of shelf storage.  May or may not need a light polishing up before installation.
