.  YOU MUST USE A CEMENT FILM SPLICER AND USE THE SCRAPER TO REMOVE THE EMULSION ON THE FILM IN THE AREA YOU APPLY THE CEMENT FOR A SECURE BOND.  FILM CEMENT WILL

ADHERE TO PLASTIC LEADER, MYLAR OR POLYESTER FILM STOCKS SUCH AS FUJI AND AGFACHROME REVERSAL.
Special Note for Refunds on this product

Because this is a chemical, it is triple wrapped by the supplier and sealed with a Kodak Chemical and Warning Label to assure the product is 'Brand New'.  If you wish to return this product for a full refund, please make sure the outer wrapping has not opened and returned in it's original condition.  I cannot re-sell an opened chemical product.  If this product is returned with the wrapping broken I have to charge a pro-rated refund adjustment.  My strict seller policy does not allow Kodak Film Cement to be re-sold to any buyer once the supplier seal has been opened.  Returned product has to be destroyed once returned.
