This is from a non-smoking home.
We are unable to test the functionality of this unit but it powers on, all knobs and switches are present and the entire unit is very clean. Includes original owner's instruction manual.
Typically a cassette deck from this era would require new belts.
Please examine the images closely.
Listing this as For Parts or Not Working because vintage electronics have a high component failure rate and we'll be packaging it up very well, but just the motions it will go through in transit can cause damage.
You could buy this thing, get it unpacked and it does not turn on or has other failure problems.
