Upon inspection of the device,
I observed significant scuffs and scratches on the metal casing.
There are components missing from the front by the feed tray (see pictures #1 and #3).
The left rack mounting ear has a metal panel that is loose (see pictures #1 and #2).
The right rack mounting ear is bent on the edge towards the middle (see picture #8).
The left side panel is missing and there are bent pieces of metal on the inside (see picture #4).
One of the spacers from the back of the recorder is missing and the other is damaged (see pictures #5-#7).
The right side panel is missing and there appear to be screws missing as well (see pictures #8 and #9).
There is a small dent and noticeable scratches to the top of the recorder (see picture #10).
There are heavier scuffs and scratches as well as missing screws on the bottom of the recorder (see picture #11).
There may or may not be missing components from the inside of the recorder but I was unable to confirm this (see picture #12).
All jacks and connectors are in good cosmetic condition.
I was able to power on the device with a standard power cord.
When powered on, the video recorder counter lights are red.
Due to the missing components, the feed tray does not move when the eject button is pressed.
The record button lit up when I pressed it.
None of the other buttons functioned when I pressed them.
I was able to connect the recorder to an in-house tv; however, I was unable to get a video output from the recorder.
No further testing could be completed due to lack of knowledge and/or resources.
The device is sold as is for parts, repair, or as a non-working item.
No other accessories included.
