Ultra-Rare PlayStation Memorabilia 1995

Description

This is the notorious, first and only time “Polygon Man” was used as the official “face” of PlayStation. This was the earliest marketing of the PlayStation in the US orchestrated in America for the 1995 launch of the original PlayStation. Polygon Man was unceremoniously deleted as a marketing concept after this appearance.
Sony had a huge presence at E3 in LA that year, and Polygon Man featured on the entire back cover of the program for the three day E3 interactive entertainment industry expo. This program is a window into the state of the game industry in 1995.
The program is in excellent condition, with no fading, tears or other issues despite being in storage for 25 years. It does show some signs of being softly folded in half in storage, but this will flatten out.
