At Ultimo Fashions we make sure that our buyers get their item ASAP. It is as simple as that. However since some of the items offered here are Pre-Sale or Make-to-Order, we make them from fresh material instead of stocking piles of them so they look wear teary after sometime laying in our warehouse.
We do stock some of our hot selling designs at our warehouses in London, United Kingdom and at Chicago, United States but most of them are made when we receive order from the customers online.
Surely this doesn't affect delivery times because most of the patterns are ready-made and we take 2-3 working days to make a jacket unless a custom order is placed by the buyer or an exception arrives that is conveyed to the buyer beforehand.
The Cycle
Shipping & Delivery takes no more than 10 working days in normal circumstances. This means 2-3 working days for manufacturing and further 3-7 working days for delivery.
We use express courier services for delivery such as FedEx, DHL and SkyNet. For items readily available to be shipped from our warehouses in USA or UK we sometimes use postal services like USPS in USA and Royal Mail in the UK.
Returns
We at Ultimo Fashions know well about your needs and quality you are looking forward to and we wish to serve our customers with the best we can but at times there are circumstances which may result in wrong purchases and for these very reasons customers need to return the products to us.
We offer our customers, 15 days returns of the items purchased through our eBay store without any questions asked but this needs understanding some policies so that it will not be a stressful deal for either of us. This 15 days policy starts the day, customer receives their item.
First of all we request our customers to choose the best size according to our mentioned and listed size chart. This will avoid 90% of the returns that are due to wrong selection of the sizes. Since we sell all over the world, we cannot have a region specific size chart so the most common mistake customers make is buying a clothing according to what they assume their size is, instead of choosing the according to the mentioned size chart.

The items you are returning must be returned in exact condition as they were at the time of delivery. This means the original packaging, tags, etc. should be maintained and the product should be sent back unused. In case of faulty and not as described items we will pay for the exchange while in case of exchange for size or other reasons other than item being faulty and not as described, buyers will pay for both way shipping.
The replacement shipping is NOT free, even if the shipping is FREE for the first time, because we pay for the shipping from our pockets and it is actually NOT free for us.
Postage and packaging charges are not refundable for item not liked, wrong size selection or 'change my mind' reasons.
Exchange of the product may be affected and is subjected to the availability of stock. Customer has to wait till we get our next shipment, in case if the same product is out of stock.
Customized, personalized and items specially ordered on specific buyer's requirements cannot be returned or exchanged as they are exclusively made for that buyer hence cannot be sold again.
Please check your measurements multiple times before ordering a custom product from us. Custom Made items, Be-Spoke Made to measure items (that are exclusively made on customer's measurements on demand) are non-returnable/refundable as they cannot be sold again. This is as per US Federal and IL States law where our company is registered and operate at.
The law states that:
"Returns & Refunds Policies in the state of Illinois are up to retailers and the law makes no requirements for these policies. The right to cancel a transaction is only available with door-to-door sales for more than , campground memberships, and fitness centers."
Payments
At Ultimo Fashions eBay store we accept world's most renowned, secure, efficient and user friendly payment method PayPal while customers could also pay us using their Credit Card/Debit Card.
Customers are requested to pay us right after buying the item because once they buy the item, eBay charges us final value fee right away even if the buyer has still not paid for the item.
If buyers cannot pay for the item for whatever reason, they are requested to contact us for order cancellation.
